SSBOOKING Platform User Service Agreement

Important Notice
[Please Read Carefully] Before clicking to agree to this agreement during the registration process, please read this agreement carefully. Please be sure to read and fully understand the terms, especially those concerning exemption or limitation of liability, applicable law and dispute resolution. Key terms will be marked in bold, and you should read them carefully. If you have any questions about the agreement, you may contact us using the contact information provided in this agreement.
[Signing Action] When you fill in the information according to the registration page prompts, read and agree to this agreement and complete the entire registration process, it means that you have fully read, understood and accepted all the contents of this agreement and become a user of the SSBOOKING platform. During the process of reading this agreement, if you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process.

[Confirmation and Acceptance of the Service Agreement] SSBOOKING platform reminds you: The SSBOOKING platform is operated by Guangzhou Xiangdu Technology Co., Ltd., and specific product services will be provided by qualified service providers. The SSBOOKING platform is open for registration to enterprises and individual users with travel business operation licenses. If a user (hereinafter referred to as "you") accesses the SSBOOKING platform, books or uses products or services of the SSBOOKING platform, it is deemed that you have accepted the "SSBOOKING Platform User Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Please read the following content carefully, especially the bold font below. If you do not agree to any of the following content, please immediately stop accessing/using this website or any related services provided by any other mobile application or software.

1. General Provisions
The contents of this agreement include the text of the agreement, sub-channel service agreements of the SSBOOKING platform and various rules that SSBOOKING platform has published or may publish in the future, including but not limited to disclaimer, personal information protection policy, personal information authorization statement, booking terms/booking instructions, travel contract, account cancellation agreement and other agreements (hereinafter referred to as "Other Terms"). If there is any inconsistency between this agreement and the "Other Terms", the "Other Terms" shall prevail. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, any product/service provided by SSBOOKING platform shall be subject to this agreement.
In this agreement, SSBOOKING refers to the enterprise group including Guangzhou Xiangdu Technology Co., Ltd., the developer and operator of the SSBOOKING platform, and its affiliated companies. "Affiliated company" refers to all companies and their subsidiaries and affiliated companies under Guangzhou Xiangdu Technology Co., Ltd.
In this agreement, "SSBOOKING platform" refers to web pages and clients (including Apps, WeChat mini-programs or H5 pages) whose domain names are mainly https://en.ssbooking.com/, and the terminal devices applicable to the clients include but are not limited to PCs, tablets, mobile phones, etc.
In this agreement, "user" refers to a natural person or legal person who uses the products/services provided by the SSBOOKING platform, including but not limited to registered users and unregistered users. Any user who has not registered for the products/services of the SSBOOKING platform becomes our "unregistered user" from the beginning of using the products and/or services of the SSBOOKING platform, and must follow all other terms in this agreement except those exclusively agreed for registered users during the use process.
If you access the SSBOOKING platform or use SSBOOKING products/services as a user of SSBOOKING or a partner company, you are deemed to agree to all terms of this agreement and other terms, rules, instructions and operation guidelines published by the SSBOOKING platform.

2. Service Instructions
The SSBOOKING platform uses its own operating system to provide users with various products/services through the international Internet. You must:
(1) Configure necessary Internet access equipment by yourself, including PCs, mobile phones, tablets, and modems, routers, etc.
(2) Bear personal Internet access and related network fees and telephone fees.
If you choose a mobile device, you must select and install a client version that matches your Internet access device, including but not limited to iOS, Android, or WeChat mini-programs and other clients released by the SSBOOKING platform. You can directly obtain the download method of the client from the SSBOOKING platform, or obtain it from a third-party application platform authorized by SSBOOKING. If you obtain an installation program with the same name as the SSBOOKING platform client from a third party not authorized by SSBOOKING, SSBOOKING cannot guarantee that the software can be used normally, and will not be responsible for any losses caused to you thereby.
Considering the importance of the products/services provided by the SSBOOKING platform, you agree that:
(1) Provide true, detailed and accurate personal information for registering the SSBOOKING platform account, and do not use other companies, emails, mobile phone numbers or otherwise impersonate others' identities for account registration. (2) If the information changes after submitting the registration information, you should change it in time. If the information you provide does not meet the requirements of legality, truthfulness, accuracy and detail, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences, and the SSBOOKING platform reserves the right to terminate your use of various products/services.

3. Modification of Service Agreement
The SSBOOKING platform will modify this agreement and/or various rules when necessary, and will announce them on the corresponding pages of the platform in advance. Specifically, SSBOOKING will announce or notify matters concerning the modification of this agreement through appropriate means on the platform, and such notices shall be deemed to have been delivered to you on the date of publication or sending.
The SSBOOKING platform promises that for modifications to this agreement and/or various rules, the SSBOOKING platform shall announce or notify at least seven days before the modified text takes effect.
If you do not agree to the relevant changes, you should immediately stop accessing the SSBOOKING platform or using the products/services of the SSBOOKING platform. If you continue to use the products/services of the SSBOOKING platform after the effective date of the changes to this agreement and/or various rules, it means that you accept the revised text.

4. Service Changes, Interruptions and Terminations
You fully understand and agree that this service involves Internet and mobile communication services, and may be affected by various unstable factors in all aspects. Therefore, for contract performance obstacles, performance defects, performance delays or performance content changes caused by force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, GSM network, Internet, communication lines and other reasons that SSBOOKING platform cannot predict or control, SSBOOKING does not assume compensation liability for losses caused to you thereby.
The SSBOOKING platform needs to regularly or irregularly overhaul or maintain the platform or related equipment providing network services. If the network services (including paid network services) are interrupted for a reasonable period of time due to such circumstances, SSBOOKING does not need to bear any responsibility for this, but the SSBOOKING platform should notify in advance as much as possible.
You fully understand and agree that unless otherwise provided in this service agreement, in view of the special nature of network services, the SSBOOKING platform may change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services. Except for cases where you have ordered or applied for products/services through the SSBOOKING platform and completed payment and received confirmation of the order or application, SSBOOKING does not need to bear any responsibility for changes, interruptions or terminations of services, but SSBOOKING should notify in advance as much as possible and reserve time for you to handle relevant rights and interests as much as possible.

5. User Conduct Standards
When you use SSBOOKING platform products/services, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You promise that you will not use SSBOOKING platform products/services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Uploading, displaying, posting, disseminating or otherwise transmitting information containing any of the following contents:
- Opposing the basic principles determined by the Constitution;
- Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
- Damaging national honor and interests;
- Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity;
- Undermining national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
- Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, or undermining social stability;
- Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crime;
- Insulting or slandering others, infringing upon the legitimate rights of others;
- Containing false, harmful, coercive, infringing upon others' privacy, harassing, infringing, defaming, vulgar, or other morally offensive contents;
- Containing other contents restricted or prohibited by Chinese laws, regulations, rules, regulations and any legally effective norms.
(2) Accessing the SSBOOKING platform or using SSBOOKING products/services for any illegal purpose, or engaging in the following activities without permission:
- Entering computer information networks or illegally obtaining or using computer information network resources without permission;
- Deleting, modifying or adding computer information network functions without permission;
- Deleting, modifying or adding data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;
- Deliberately making or spreading computer viruses and other destructive programs; other acts endangering computer information network security;
- Using any data on the SSBOOKING platform for commercial purposes without permission, including but not limited to obtaining or using the information displayed on the SSBOOKING platform in any way such as web crawlers, copying, and dissemination without the prior written consent of SSBOOKING;
- Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the normal operation of the SSBOOKING platform or any transaction or activity being carried out on the SSBOOKING platform by using any device, software or routine program, or taking any action that will cause an unreasonably huge data load on the SSBOOKING platform network equipment;
- Acts of unfair competition violating the principle of good faith, maliciously placing orders or false transactions and other acts maliciously disturbing the order of SSBOOKING platform product/service transactions;
- Other acts unrelated to online transactions, such as posting advertising information (except with the written permission of SSBOOKING);
- Publishing any content that infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of the SSBOOKING platform or others, violates laws, regulations and other normative documents (including but not limited to the "Internet Audio-Visual Program Service Management Regulations", "Network Information Content Ecological Governance Regulations", etc.) and this agreement.
The occurrence of the above acts will be deemed as your fundamental breach of this agreement. Under any circumstances, once the SSBOOKING platform reasonably believes that you exist or may exist in the above acts, it may delete any information you disseminate or transmit at any time without prior notice and suspend or terminate the provision of SSBOOKING platform products/services to you.
You shall bear legal responsibility for your actions in accessing the SSBOOKING platform or using SSBOOKING platform products/services. If you disseminate or transmit information that violates national laws and regulations or public order and good customs on the SSBOOKING platform, the system records of the SSBOOKING platform may be provided to relevant departments as evidence of your illegal or criminal activities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights of the relevant products/services used or generated by SSBOOKING on the platform (including but not limited to products, software, web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, data, information, etc.) belong to SSBOOKING. The intellectual property rights owned and enjoyed by SSBOOKING shall not be transferred due to any of your use. Without the prior written explicit consent of SSBOOKING, you shall not use or create derivative works related to the aforementioned content in any form, except that you are the right holder of the work, you have obtained authorization from the relevant right holder, or SSBOOKING has otherwise agreed with you.
You promise that the content uploaded and published through the SSBOOKING platform (including but not limited to text, pictures, video, audio and other forms of content) is original or has been legally authorized, and the intellectual property rights of the uploaded content belong to you or the relevant right holder.
You shall bear the responsibility for the content uploaded and published by you through the SSBOOKING platform. If the content you send or disseminate violates laws and regulations or infringes upon the rights of others, SSBOOKING has the right to make independent judgments and take measures such as deletion, shielding or disconnection of links. If disputes arise due to infringement of others' intellectual property rights, you shall bear all responsibilities.
If your actions cause losses to SSBOOKING, the SSBOOKING platform has the right to require you to compensate according to the law. Guangzhou Xiangdu Technology Co., Ltd. is the operator of the SSBOOKING platform and owns the copyright of this website content and resources, protected by national intellectual property laws, and enjoys the right to interpret and modify the statements of this website; without the explicit written permission of Guangzhou Xiangdu Technology Co., Ltd. or other written agreements with the SSBOOKING platform, neither party may change, interpret, split, reverse engineer the other party's technology and procedures, or engage in any other behavior that may damage the other party's proprietary rights.
Without authorization, you may not use or copy SSBOOKING's trademarks, logos, business information, technology and other materials without authorization.
All information on the web pages of the SSBOOKING platform website is protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations, as well as international treaties on intellectual property rights that China has joined.
SSBOOKING has formulated relevant measures and steps to protect the legitimate rights and interests of intellectual property right holders. When copyright owners and/or persons who can exercise the right of information network dissemination according to law (hereinafter referred to as "right holders") discover circumstances that may infringe their right of information network dissemination, the right holders shall send a written rights notice to this website in advance and provide valid ownership certificates. This website will take measures to delete relevant content according to relevant laws and regulations.
The SSBOOKING platform does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of external links set up for the convenience of users. If copyright issues or other issues arise therefrom, please call or email this website. After verification, it will be deleted or changed immediately.
The SSBOOKING platform reserves the right to delete various information on the site that does not comply with regulations without notifying members. The SSBOOKING platform uses "SSBOOKING", commercial logos and unique decorations in this service, and their copyrights or trademark rights and other corresponding rights belong to the SSBOOKING platform.
The above and any other intellectual property rights of the contents contained in this service are protected by laws and regulations. Without the written permission of the SSBOOKING platform, users or relevant right holders, no one may use them in any form or create related derivative works.

7. Platform Privacy Policy
The SSBOOKING platform attaches great importance to the user privacy policy and strictly complies with relevant legal provisions. If you continue to use our services, you have fully read and understood all the contents of our agreement. This platform respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users who use the service. In order to provide you with more accurate and better quality services, this platform will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the privacy policy. Without your prior permission, this platform will not disclose such information to the outside or provide it to third parties. This platform will update the privacy policy from time to time. When you agree to this application service use agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this privacy policy.
(1) Scope of Application
(a) Personal registration information you provide according to platform requirements when registering for this platform account;
(b) When you use platform network services or visit platform web pages, this platform automatically receives and records information on your browser and computer, including but not limited to your IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, software and hardware feature information and web page records you request;
(c) User personal data obtained by this platform from business partners through legitimate means.
(d) This platform strictly prohibits users from posting bad information, such as nudity, pornography and profanity. The posted content will be reviewed. Once bad information is found, all permissions of the user will be disabled and the account will be banned.
(2) Information Use
(a) This platform will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal login information to any unrelated third party. If our storage requires maintenance or upgrade, we will send a push message in advance to notify you. Please allow this platform message notification in advance.
(b) This platform also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or disseminate your personal information for free by any means. If any user of this platform engages in the above activities, once discovered, this platform has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
(c) For the purpose of serving users, this platform may use your personal information to provide you with information you are interested in, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with partners of this platform so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).
(3) Information Disclosure In the following circumstances, this platform will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:
(a) Without your prior consent, we will not disclose to third parties;
(b) In order to provide the products and services you request, it is necessary to share your personal information with third parties;
(c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial institutions according to relevant provisions of laws or requirements of administrative or judicial institutions;
(d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws, regulations or this application service agreement or related rules and need to disclose to third parties;
(e) If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, you should disclose to the respondent at the request of the respondent so that both parties can handle possible rights disputes;
(4) Information Storage and Exchange The information and materials about you collected by this platform will be stored on the servers of this platform and/or its affiliated companies, and these information and materials may be transmitted to countries, regions or places outside the country where this platform collects information and materials, and accessed, stored and displayed overseas.
(5) Use of Cookies
(a) If you do not refuse to accept cookies, this platform will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use the platform services or functions that depend on cookies. This platform uses cookies to provide you with more thoughtful personalized services, including promotion services.
(b) You have the right to choose whether to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse to accept cookies by modifying your browser settings. However, if you choose to refuse to accept cookies, you may not be able to log in or use the network services or functions of this application that depend on cookies.
(c) Information obtained through cookies set by this application will be subject to this policy.
(6) Changes to This Privacy Policy
(a) If we decide to change the privacy policy, we will publish these changes in this policy, on the company website, and in places we deem appropriate so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who can access this information, and under what circumstances we will disclose this information.
(b) The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, so please check it frequently. If significant changes are made to this policy, the company will inform you through website notices.

8. Account Security
After registration and submission according to the page prompts, staff will manually review your information. After the review is passed, you will receive an SSBOOKING platform account, and you can set your account password according to the password rules (including but not limited to the main account, sub-account, etc.). In view of the special nature of network services, SSBOOKING has no obligation to review whether the user of the account username and password is yourself. Anyone who enters the username and password consistent with those saved in the database can log in to the SSBOOKING platform account with that username and password and use SSBOOKING products/services. Therefore, please keep your password properly and do not tell it to others. If you fail to keep your password properly, you will bear all responsibilities arising or possibly arising therefrom. Except where SSBOOKING is at fault, you shall be responsible for all behavioral results under your account (including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, etc.).
You understand and agree that in order for you to better use the various services of the SSBOOKING platform and ensure the security of your account, SSBOOKING may require you to complete real-name authentication in accordance with platform rules and relevant laws and regulations.
In addition, considering the convenience of providing customer service, when a user calls customer service using the contact mobile phone number provided to SSBOOKING when confirming an order, the SSBOOKING platform will confirm the user's identity by checking order information and execute relevant operations on the relevant order according to the user's request. Therefore, please keep your mobile phone properly and set necessary security measures to prevent order information leakage. If order information leakage and other consequences are caused not due to SSBOOKING's fault (for example, your mobile phone is stolen or your mobile phone does not have necessary encryption measures, causing SSBOOKING platform order information to be illegally spied on, and others use relevant information to impersonate your identity to use the SSBOOKING platform and customer services, etc.), even if you believe that the relevant behavior is not your own, SSBOOKING will not bear any responsibility arising therefrom.
You confirm and agree that you have the rights and bear responsibilities for the activities, behaviors and events conducted through your account in accordance with the law. You may not transfer your account, authorize others to use your account, or trade accounts with others in any form.
If you discover that someone has used your SSBOOKING platform account without your authorization, or there are other abnormal situations in your account that prevent normal login and use, you need to reset your password according to the password modification process provided by the SSBOOKING platform. During this process, SSBOOKING may require you to provide corresponding information and/or supporting materials. Please ensure that the content you provide is true and valid, otherwise you may fail verification and fail to retrieve your account.
If you discover any illegal use of user accounts or security vulnerabilities, please immediately notify SSBOOKING using the contact information provided in this agreement.

9. Advertising, Third-Party Links and Commercial Marketing
You acknowledge and agree that during the process of providing products/services, the SSBOOKING platform reserves the right to place commercial advertisements (including advertising links) or any other type of commercial information in various ways (including but not limited to placing advertisements on any position of the SSBOOKING platform and in the content you upload and disseminate) in accordance with laws and regulations.
Subject to compliance with laws and regulations, the SSBOOKING platform has the right to independently decide the form, duration, location and content of advertising without interference from any third party. The products/services of the SSBOOKING platform may provide links to other Internet websites or resources. SSBOOKING will fulfill relevant obligations to advertisers in accordance with legal provisions. However, you acknowledge and agree that these advertisers and advertising contents are not controlled by SSBOOKING. You should prudently judge the authenticity and reliability of advertising information. Any form of behavior or dispute arising between you and advertisers or advertisers through SSBOOKING platform products/services shall be your own responsibility to resolve. Except for responsibilities that should be borne by advertisers as stipulated by laws and regulations, SSBOOKING does not bear any additional responsibility, but will provide necessary assistance according to needs.
When you access the SSBOOKING platform or use products/services, you agree to accept various information push services provided by the SSBOOKING platform, including but not limited to text messages and emails.

10. Legal Liability
SSBOOKING expressly does not provide any type of guarantee, whether express or implied, but does not limit commercial implied guarantees, specific purposes and appropriate guarantees that do not violate regulations. SSBOOKING shall not bear corresponding liability for breach of contract for obstacles to contract performance, performance defects, performance delays or changes in performance content caused by the following reasons:
- Force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, government actions, judicial and administrative orders;
- Public service factors or third-party factors such as power supply failures and communication network failures;
- Under circumstances where SSBOOKING has fulfilled its duty of care, equipment and system maintenance under normal or emergency circumstances, equipment and system failures, network information and data security and other factors.
SSBOOKING shall not bear any consequences for any damage arising from users' improper use of network member services, illegal use of services or changes in information provided by users to the SSBOOKING platform, because SSBOOKING has already pointed out the possibility of such damage and asked users to guard against it.
Under any circumstances, SSBOOKING shall not bear any compensation liability for any indirect damage (including loss of goodwill, loss of profits, loss of income, business interruption, loss of contracting opportunities, loss of expected benefits, and other indirect, incidental, punitive losses).
If you violate this agreement or other single service agreements and rules on the SSBOOKING platform, the SSBOOKING platform may take measures such as suspending the provision of part or all of the services and canceling orders against your account according to the corresponding rules. If your behavior constitutes a fundamental breach of contract, the SSBOOKING platform may freeze your account and terminate the provision of services.
If your actions cause losses to SSBOOKING (including direct economic losses and indirect economic losses), or claims from any third party, or penalties from relevant administrative departments, you shall bear all compensation responsibilities.
If anyone claims that your actions damage the rights and interests of third parties and cause SSBOOKING or third parties providing products/services through the SSBOOKING platform to suffer lawsuits or other disputes, you agree to defend SSBOOKING and/or the above-mentioned third parties, and SSBOOKING reserves the right to conduct independent defense at its own expense and to recover from you.

11. Termination of Service
If a user objects to any suggestion of service terms or has objections to subsequent term modifications, or is dissatisfied with SSBOOKING platform services, the user may suspend website services at any time after all orders are completed, checked in, visited and all fees are settled.
Guangzhou Xiangdu Technology Co., Ltd. has the right to suspend website services according to actual conditions, and will make every effort to announce or notify in advance. If a user chooses to stop accepting SSBOOKING platform services, he or she may choose to cancel the account. The SSBOOKING platform will provide convenience for users to cancel their accounts, but before meeting the conditions for account cancellation (for example, orders are not completed, associated authorized accounts are not unbound, debts are not settled, etc., subject to specific account cancellation requirements), the SSBOOKING platform has the right to refuse the user's account cancellation application without bearing any responsibility.
After the user account is cancelled, except for information that laws and regulations require to be retained and other information that the SSBOOKING platform deems necessary to continue to retain (such as transaction records, etc.), the SSBOOKING platform will generally no longer retain user information in principle.
Information that the SSBOOKING platform retains according to laws and regulations or deems necessary will be retained for three years from the date of transaction completion.
After the account is cancelled, all rights and interests in the original account such as points, red envelopes, vouchers, cash back, etc. will be cleared. If the user is a paid member, the paid member rights and interests will be cancelled together with the account and no refund will be obtained. The user's cancellation behavior shall be deemed as an active waiver of the above rights and interests.

12. Law The concepts and definitions involved in this agreement are consistent with the same concepts and definitions in the laws of the People's Republic of China.
For disputes arising from booking any product or using any service through the SSBOOKING platform, both parties may resolve them through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the Haizhu District People's Court of Guangzhou City.
For disputes related to the SSBOOKING platform, you acknowledge and fully agree that for simple monetary payment cases with clear facts, clear rights and obligations, not significant disputes, and an amount between RMB 50,000 and RMB 100,000, the small claims litigation procedure shall be applied and the first instance shall be final. For cases tried using the small claims litigation procedure, the trial organization, trial period, trial method, first instance finality and other related matters shall be governed by the "Implementation Measures for the Pilot Reform of Streamlining and Diversifying Civil Litigation Procedures" issued by the Supreme People's Court.
